What is Energy?

Energy is the ability to do work.


Energy can found in a number of forms:

1- The food that gives you energy to  work and play.
2- The sun gives you energy in the form of heat and light.
3- The street light uses electrical energy to give you light.


The main form of energy are:
Kinetic and potential energy
Kinetic energy: Is the energy that is in motion.      Example: Air
Potential energy: Is the energy stored inside an object.

Chemical energy is caused by many chemical reactions.

Electrical energy is when there is electricity.

Gravitational energy is the motion calls by the gravity.


Energy can neither be destroyed nor created but it can transform from to form of energy to another.
