pH
1.What is pH?
answer: Is a measure of how acidic or basic the solution.

2.What are pH values?Do this depend on something?Explain your answer?
answer: The pH scale generally ranges from 0 to 14. More acidic solutions have lower pH values, and a solution with a pH of 0 is highly acidic. A solution that has a pH of 7 is neutral. More basic solutions have higher pH values, and a solution with a pH of 14 is extremely basic.

 3. Check Chart 3.20 about acids and bases.
What can you explain about it?
answer: according to the chart 3-20, from 0 to 7 pH which is acidic their is more hydronium ions than hydroxide ion , the neutral solution which is 7 it have the same amount , and form 7 to 14 which is basic it have more hydroxide ions than hydonium ions.

4.  What is neutralization? Give examples.

answer: Is the interaction that occurs between acids and bases in which the properties of each are canceled out by the other.

example: -heartburn and stomach discomfort
                       -Hunny bee bite is acidic
                         -sodium carbonate using for washing
                       - brushing of teeth
